Regulations of Świętokrzyska Polana Resort

§ 1

  1. Świętokrzyska Polana Resort (hereinafter referred to as the “Resort”) covers the area located at the address: ul. Laskowa 93, 26-050 Chrusty, Gmina Zagnańsk. The Resort includes, among others: Miniatures Park, PlayZone, Oceanika, Rehabilitation and Recreation Centre Polanika, Birch Farmhouse, Car Park, Lipowy Dwór, Workshop rooms and the Swimming pool.
  2. The Resort is managed by Amid Prestige Mikołajczyk & Michoń sp. j. with the registered office at the address: ul. Laskowa 93, 26-050 Chrusty, Gmina Zagnańsk, entered to the National Court Register under the number 0000344738, having NIP (tax identification number): 6572841100 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

§ 2

  1. The Regulations apply to all visitors to the Resort. The Company provides the visitors with access to the current content of the Regulations, and the visitors are bound to familiarise with its content and to unconditionally abide by it.
  2. Prior to the use of the attractions or devices located in the Resort, the visitors are bound to read and follow the respective regulations of the attractions and devices, provided such the regulations were issued.

§ 3

  1. The Resort is open on weekdays from 10.00 .a.m. till 04.00 p.m. and on weekends till 06.00 p.m.. The opening days and hours are subject to change. The current information about the times of work of the Resort can be found at www.swietokrzyskapolana.pl
  2. The opening hours of individual attractions and devices located in the Resort are set separately for each attraction or device in the respective regulations.
  3. The entry to the Resort is free of charge. The fees for the use of individual attractions or devices located in the Resort are set forth in the pricelists beside each attraction or device.

§ 4

  1. At the area of the Resort, it is forbidden:
    1. To smoke tobacco outside designated places.
    2. To consume alcoholic beverages or intoxicants outside designated places.
    3. The entry for persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.
    4. To behave in the manner that could be seen as disgraceful, vulgar or otherwise abusive, and that could disturb the peaceful stay of other persons in the Resort.
    5. To damage the greenery or to litter.
    6. To stay in places not designated for the visitors, in particular in the places where there are building structure elements or installations enabling the functioning of the Resort.
    7. To carry out commercial or canvassing activity, without the prior written consent of the Company.
  2. The person bringing a pet animal to the area of the Resort shall be responsible for all the damage caused by such the pet animal. Moreover, such the person shall remove all droppings left by such the animal.
  3. The persons visiting the Resort who behave in the way that violates public order, good customs or causes danger to other persons staying in the Resort, as well as visitors not complying with these Regulations, the recommendations of security personnel or service staff, may be asked to leave the area of the Resort.

§ 5

The vehicles of the visitors may be parked only in designated places. Parking the vehicle in other places shall give the Company the right to tow away the vehicle to the proper parking space, at the cost and risk of the visitor who left the vehicle in a not designated place.

§ 6

  1. The underage persons may move around the area of the Resort only under the supervision of their parents or guardians.
  2. The Company or its personnel do not provide care or supervision over the persons using the Resort. Leaving the underage person at the area of the Resort without proper care shall be at the risk and responsibility of the parents and/or guardians. In case of leaving such the person at the area of the Resort and not collecting such the person till the time of closing the Resort, the Company will notify the relevant authorities of leaving such the person unattended.
  3. The parents or guardians or the underage persons shall be responsible for the actions and damage caused by such underage persons.
  4. It is forbidden to leave underage persons without supervision.

§ 7

  1. The persons visiting the Resort based on a ticket or tokens shall automatically express consent to using his or her image for marketing purposes by the Company.
  2. The refusal to express the consent to use such image must be submitted in written form to the Company prior to the purchase of tickets/tokens.
  3. The failure to submit such the refusal shall be treated as consent to use the image of the person by the Company.

§ 8

  1. The visitors shall be responsible for all damage caused to the Company or to third persons at the area of the Resort, based on general principles set forth in the Civil Code.
  2. The Company shall not be responsible for any property lost or left at the area of the Resort.

  4. The Company reserves the right to modify these Regulations. The text of the Regulations with all changes in it is published at www.swietokrzyskapolana.pl
  5. The current Regulations entered into force on September 1, 2016
